Blackcurrant Fortified Wine
Made from 100% Blackcurrants, this is similar in style to Tawny Port and particularly popular with men.“Deep tawny colour with intense Blackcurrant aroma. Palate is smooth, mouth filling blackcurrant exhibiting excellent balance of matured fruit flavour, with a lingering finish.

Blackberry Fortified Wine
Made from fresh Blackberries. Fermented, aged and fortified. Sweet in style. Brilliant Red Ruby colour, intense fresh Blackberry aroma. Blackberry flavours increase and are even more dominant on palate, smooth, sweet mouth filling with delightful length.

Cherry Fortified Wine
Made from the rich black heart cherries this dessert Port has good integrated flavours. Not as heavy as traditional Port and a delicious accompaniment to desserts and coffee. especially Black Forest or Mud cake. Fine Tawny colour, strong cherry aroma, followed on the palate with Cherry fruit and sweet lingering finish.

Blueberry Fortified Wine
Colour is a vibrant deep, mauve, intense blueberry fruit on the nose. Palate is rich, full bodied luscious Blueberry fruit integrated with the alcohol, making it a well rounded liqueur with a velvety sweet finish.

Raspberry Fortified Wine
100% Raspberries gives an intense Raspberry nose, with rich, sweet, luscious fruit flavours on the palate, smooth and lingering. This dessert style of fortified wine can be used in sparkling as a fabulous cocktail or is delicious on its own or served with mixed berries and ice cream.

Tasmanian Cassis Fortified Wine
It is made from 100% Tasmanian Blackcurrants. Similar in style to the traditional French Crème de Cassis, intense Blackcurrant fruit aroma, the palate is very sweet, rich, smooth and full bodied, with long lingering flavours. It is superb for those who like a very sweet liqueur, or for those who enjoy Kir Royale.
The French use Cassis predominantly as a mix to make “Kir” (White wine and small amount of Cassis) or “Kir Royale” (Champagne and Cassis) as delicious aperitifs.
Can be served on ice or exceptional on fine vanilla ice cream dessert.

Intense raspberry, berry, spice aromas. Fine tannins and subtle oak complement the fruit driven palate with soft lingering finish.

Reserve Pinot Noir 2008
Estate grown and vintaged from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Intense violets, berry fruit aroma. Palate is long, smooth and full flavoured with berry fruits combining with some spicy, savoury flavours. Fine tannins contribute to length and structure.
May be enjoyed now or confidently cellared.

Rose 2009
Made from handpicked estate grown Pinot noir grapes. Intense strawberry, berry aromas. Palate has fresh, clean and delicate fruit.
Ideal served slightly chilled on summer days with platters or light lunches.

Unwooded Chardonnay 2009
Aroma and palate similar to a sauvignon blanc. Intense aroma of passionfruit, and tropical fruits. Elegant palate is full flavoured with tropical fruit and lingering finish. Delicious with Asian cuisine, chicken and seafood.
Drinking beautifully now or will confidently cellar for up to five years.
